Live within driving distance of Albany? Looking for some Edu-tainment for those kiddos at home? We've got you covered.

Pick up a FREE, weekly Activity Kit from our special trunk outside the museum!

Each week, we will have two new craft-kits prepared for Ages 5-12.

Activities will combine Visual Art with STEM, Motor-skill Development, Social Studies or Language Arts themes.

Available 24/7 @ front gates of OJAC Sculpture Courtyard. One per student, please!

Family Festival: Inti Raymi

Bring the whole family to celebrate summer sunshine and explore an ancient Incan holiday!

Investigate collection artifacts and enjoy traditional crafts, games, food and music from Peru!

Families will also enjoy a Virtual Scavenger hunt on museum grounds, a Sunshine Piñata, Toddler Zone, and Cooling Tent.

Bring the whole family and join the OJAC for our Texas Critter Corral!

This FREE annual Family Festival celebrates the wildlife of West Texas with activities, music, crafts and games inspired by animals and landscapes of our region! 

Search through our galleries for critters with a Scavenger Hunt, make your own Animal Tracks through our courtyard, practice your aim with a Toss N’ Feed the Critters game, and enjoy Prickly-Pear treats!

Create your own Buffalo Headband, Cactus Mosaic, Red Bellied Woodpecker String Toy, and King Snake Mobile! 

This public program is FREE and open to the public.

Traditional Dance Performance

This Fandangle Season, enrich your exploration of Texas history through a celebration of regional Native American cultures.

Join us on Saturday, June 29 from 1-2pm in the Marshall R. Young Sculpture Courtyard for a traditional costumed dance performance, including music and story-telling.

Bring the whole family for this FREE, entertaining and educational experience!
